Cancellation & Refund Policy

At QUBINARY INNOVATIONS LLP, we are committed to customer satisfaction across all our apps — including Aradhana, HeartInk, MyBox, and other applications published by us. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial payment. Refunds after this period are not guaranteed and may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

  • Refunds are only applicable for the first payment of a new subscription.
  • Recurring subscription payments (renewals) are non-refundable once processed.

  • Refunds will be processed within 1-3 days & it will be credited to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after approval.
