Data Deletion Instructions

QUBINARY INNOVATIONS LLP ("we") operates the Aradhana app and the Aradhana Facebook Page and Instagram account (@aradhana.life). You can ask us to delete the data we hold about you at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Email life.aradhana@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request".
  2. Include:
    • the phone number and/or email you use to log in to the Aradhana app (if you have an account), and/or
    • your Facebook or Instagram name/handle, if you contacted us on Messenger or Instagram.
  3. We may reply to confirm the request comes from you. We will never ask for your OTP, password, or card/UPI PIN.

What we delete

  • Your Aradhana app account and profile (name, phone, email, date of birth, location, language preference).
  • Your app activity and AI Guruji conversation history.
  • Records of support conversations with us on Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct and email, including stored conversation IDs, message references and support notes.

We may keep a minimum of records where the law requires it (for example, payment and invoice records for tax purposes). These are kept only for the required period and not used for anything else. Messages you sent us remain in your own Messenger/Instagram inbox; you can delete them there.

How long it takes

We will confirm your request and complete deletion within 30 days of receiving it.
